New Season launches, November 6th 2016
Exeter Phoenix
Earworms, January 19th 2014
What a fantastic launch to our new series at Exeter Northcott - we were thrilled with the turnout and with the wonderful young musicians from DYJO.
A very big thank you to all who came - the atmosphere in the theatre was fantastic and the children seemed to be having a great time. We hope those of you who came for the first time enjoyed yourselves, we were also really pleased to see so many familiar faces from our previous Exeter Phoenix events.
Thank you as ever to Mervyn for his wonderful presentation. Thank you to Brian Moore and all at DYJO, and to the Northcott for making us feel so welcome.
Tickets are on sale for the rest of the series - we're looking forward to welcoming a duo of Harps for February 16th.

January
Happy New Year - we're very much looking forward to 2014.
We're busy planning our next concert on January 19th and we are delighted that young musicians from Devon Youth Jazz Orchestra are able to join us.
DYJO teaches young people from across the whole of Devon to play and perform a wide variety of Jazz. The Devon Youth Jazz Orchestra comprises the best of Devon's young jazz musicians and is split into two separate bands. DYJO2, under the direction of Brian Moore, is the younger of the two bands, and is focused on the essentials of big band playing. Brian studied music at Exeter University and now combines his performance and ensemble directing with teaching - he teaches brass and directs ensembles at Exeter School as well as teaching at Exeter University.
Brian and Mervyn are currently finalising the programme - we'll bring you all the information as we have it,
In the meantime, tickets are selling well - don't forget you can book direct with the Northcott Box Office on 01392 493493 or pop into Exeter Information Centre in Dix's Field, behind the Princesshay car park and you can buy your tickets there.
